Crowley Cheese bears the honor of being the oldest cheese manufacturer in the country and produces a creamy Colby style cheese that lends itself to aging as well as infusing with spices. We carry their select varieties including one made with our Muffalletta. All are waxed and stable when shipped October through May. *** Price includes shipping when ordered with other items.

All cheeses are available in 8 oz. waxed bricks.
