Minutes 4 lamb sirloin chops (these should
be small, approx.1 1/2 in diameter)
Karen's Food Company Fresh Tomato & Olive
Bruchetta
Coarse Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Olive oil
Grated Romano cheese
Sprinkle
chops with salt and pepper. Braise on high
heat for approximately 5 minutes per side.
Arrange 2 chops per plate, spoon generous
amounts of Bruchetta on top, and sprinkle with
grated Romano cheese.
Tip:
Serve on top of sautéed greens such as arugula,
spinach or Swiss chard.
