Serves: 5-6 Hors d'oeuvres
Prep Time: 10 Minutes 8 ounces of Feta
cheese
2 tablespoons Karen's Food Company Muffalletta
2 tablespoons (approx.) Virgin olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Crumble
feta into small mixing bowl. Add
Muffalletta, fresh ground pepper, and dried
oregano. Drizzle approximately 2
tablespoons of olive oil over mixture, add more
oil if needed. Whip using a mixer or food
processor. Mixture should be well blended
with consistency like cream cheese. Can be
made ahead and refrigerated. Bring close to
room temperature before serving. Delicious
spread on crackers, crostini, or slices of fresh
French bread.
