Muffalletta and Goat Cheese Bake

Serves: 4 Hors d'oeuvres
Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Karen's Food Company Muffalletta
3-4 oz. log of plain goat cheese
Tomato
Basil
Sage
Crackers or crostini

Place a generous amount of Muffalletta on a small baking dish.  On top of that place the goat cheese log.  Add finely diced fresh tomato (drain if it's real juicy) and sprinkle with basil and sage to taste.  Place dish into an oven preheated to 350 degrees until cheese just starts to soften.  Serve with crackers or crostini.
