Serves: 4-5 Side Salads
Prep Time: 10 Minutes Mixed greens,
shredded (Romaine, spinach, mesculin, green and
red leaf, radicchio)
1/4 pound hard salami, julienned
1/4 pound cappicola ham (hot ham), julienned
1/3 pound Provolone cheese, julienned
Sourdough croutons
Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh ground pepper
Muffalletta Dressing
Toss
together mixed greens, meats and Provolone.
Top with croutons and Parmesan. Add
dressing, toss, and serve with fresh ground
pepper to taste.

DRESSING

tablespoons Karen's Food Company Muffalletta
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Salt (optional)
In small
bowl whisk together Muffalletta and red wine
vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil,
blending well. Add fresh ground pepper to
taste.
