"How I Use Muffalletta"


"This stuff is addictive!  My favorite way to use it is:

1 can of tuna (I use water packed solid white)
2 heaping tablespoons of Muffalletta
1 tablespoon drained capers
10 grape tomatoes halved
A splash of red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
A loaf of crusty French bread sliced in half lengthwise and some of the insides removed

Toss everything except the bread together.  Fill the French bread with the mixture.  Eat it right away or wrap tightly in foil and bring it to your next picnic or tailgate party."
